To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience, we travel with two backup vehicles and a dedicated crew, including a skilled mechanic equipped with all essential spare parts. This comprehensive support allows you to fully enjoy the journey with confidence.

Arrival and Departure Airport

For your journey to Mongolia, please book your international flights to and from Chinggis Khaan International Airport (UBN) in Ulaanbaatar, as the ride starts from Ulaanbaatar and also finishes in Ulaanbaatar.

To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we provide 24/7 airport transfer services with professional drivers who will take you comfortably to and from your accommodation.

Meeting Point

Upon arrival in Ulaanbaatar, your adventure begins at the Hotel Ulaanbaatar. This modern hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Chinggis Khaan Square, right in the heart of the city.

Here, you’ll meet your fellow riders and our dedicated crew over a welcome lunch—a relaxed and friendly setting to get acquainted and go over the journey ahead. We’ll also take care of essential documentation and any remaining payments to ensure everything is in order before we hit the road.

To confirm your reservation and secure your place on one of our exclusive tours, a deposit is required. However, we offer flexibility—if you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be applied to any of our tours later this year or next.
